When liverpool wont title after title it was often by 2,3,4 points-never a gargantuan 20 or in february......THIS IS BECAUSE LIVERPOOL WERE AWARDED 2 POINTS FOR EVERY WIN-UNLIKE UNITED WHO GET 3-FOR EVERY SINGLE GAME IN EVERY PREMIERSHIP TITLE THEY HAVE EVER WON!
LETS LOOK AT LIVERPOOL.....1976/77
PLAYED 42 POINTS 57 -THEY WON THE LEAGUE BY ONE POINT FROM-MANCHESTER CITY & THATS HOW IT ALWAYS WAS.
So now lets take a united premiership win & subtract the points back to the 2 pts for a win scenario
PLAYED 38 -POINTS 56 -They would have just scraped the title by 2 pts from arsenal
MATHS DONT LIE-LIVERPOOL ARE BETTER VALUE PER GAME IN THE OLD STYLE LEAGUE THAN MAN UNITEDS MODERN DAY MULTI MILLION POUND STARS -HAHAHAHAHA
