Newcastle 1 City 3

We wondered what happened to that team of last season, the one that mesmerised crowds & tormented teams for 3/4/5 goals every game .City were back to thier awesome best yesterday & stats-shmats -newcastle are a decent outfit regardless,Everton arent worldbeaters but always give us a problem etc etc.
The front 4 ran riot,Silva & toure (yaya) feeding balls into the wonderful Nasri , Tevez & Aguero, some fantastic close up one two`s,neat deft little touches in a hugely crowded area - this has obviously been trained into the players as- They are champions, everyone will work harder to close them down.
The 1st goal, pass of the season from yaya,a ball from heaven played to nasri-squared to Aguero for a tap in -glorious pass though 0-1 city.
Garcia Headed in a cracking goal from Silvas Corner 0-2 half time

Second half ,for 20 mins Newcastle were great, pulling a goal back from Ba after a flick over confused everyone as there was a man clearly offside that made city stop.City Finally put it to bed on 78 mins after some great work by Silva & pab Zab on the left for yaya to slide in 1-3
a good days work

Illuminati Dispatch Top Agents To ensure Manchester United win the Derby

As our exclusive pictures can reveal, the Illuminatis top 2 agents Bob Duvall & Tommy Cruise were sent By the Overlord to ensure that the world economy would not become unstable-by ensuring a win for united...As barak Obama & Donald Rumsfeld had put the "worlds money " on United to win !
A Certain dodgy betting dude in a bar in what is clearly meant to look like china, said "no comment, you go away now".Evidence of a cover up if ever i saw one !!
Duvall & Cruise Informing the MCFC Spokesmen for daft religious nutters  of the result of the game, upon thier arrival at the stadium.Duvall brilliantly under cover even asked "will there be a shoot out if its 2-2 on full time "?"Unless Joseph smith comes to life in the next 90 minutes...then no sir" said the quaking spokesman in clear masonic vibrating overtones of the 33rd parallel.
They then met keith chegwin !

Chelsea 0 Manchester City 0

This was a nasty intro for Chelsea`s newest soon to be ex manager .

Not the best game ever but was City who spent 75 % of the game on top.Torres had 1 effort & that was about it.Best chance fell to Aguero who failed to get power on a header.Other than that the tickets were again a total rip off 60 quid is way over the top.Roman should take a ticket from Arsenals book,Thier champs league tickets prices are great,2 kids for a tenner & mum & dad get thier tickets for a tenner a piece....
The visitors had the lion's share of possession and chances on Sunday afternoon but were held to a 0-0 draw as Rafa Benitez earned his first point as Blues boss.

But the England international James Milner feels Roberto Mancini's men merited more and bemoaned their failure to convert the opportunities which came their way.

"We were the better side, we had the better chances and restricted them to not too many,” Milner told the club’s official television channel, City TV.

"I thought we played a good game and didn't quite get the three points.

"We have got things to work on. We need to take our chances - we had a number of corners and chances that didn't go our way.

"When we are on top in games and have territory and chances we are not quite putting teams to bed like we should be.
"Hopefully we can improve on that during the season. There are positives and negatives to take out of the game."

The former Leeds attacker went on to hail the way in which City kept Chelsea at arm's length, despite things not going their way.

He continued: "It shows mental strength because sometimes, when you have those days, it is easy to think it's not our day and sit back and let the other team into the game and have chances themselves.

"I don't think we did that. We were pretty solid and moved the ball around pretty well.
"The pitch wasn't the greatest but we tried to be positive and it just didn't happen for us at the business end."

The England international also called for his team to improve on their set-pieces in order to make the most of the dead-ball specialists in the squad.

"When you are on top of teams you are going to have set-pieces,” he added.

"We have got quality delivery with 'Kolar' [Aleksandar Kolarov] and David [Silva] and people like that.

"We need to maybe come up with a few new things and make sure we attack that ball. I'm sure the goals will come."

City 5 Aston Villa 0

Sergio Aguero and Carlos Tevez both scored twice as Manchester City thumped Aston Villa to move top of the Premier League for the first time this season.
Villa frustrated City until David Silva broke the deadlock before half-time.
But the hosts took charge when Andreas Weimann was adjudged to have handled and Sergio Aguero scored from the spot.
Carlos Tevez added another penalty after Barry Bannan's handball, Aguero made it 4-0 with a deflected shot and Tevez tapped in Samir Nasri's cross.
Manchester United's shock defeat at Norwich later on Saturday meant City stayed at the summit. The size of Villa's defeat, together with Reading's victory over Everton, leaves them in the relegation zone.
In the end, this win for the champions was every bit as convincing as the scoreline suggests but Villa boss Paul Lambert will argue his side were in the game until the 54th minute, when City scored their second goal from a debatable decision.
Referee Jon Moss pointed to the spot after his assistant Adrian Holmes spotted a near-post handball by Weimann from Silva's corner, but replays showed Weimann made no contact and none of City's players appealed for a penalty.
space, the champions did not look back - and could have had more goals if Scott Sinclair had been more ruthless after coming off the bench.
The result leaves Roberto Mancini's men - the only unbeaten side in the division - above their neighbours, having conceded the fewest league goals and with the best goal difference.
They did not have things all their own way against Villa, however, the visitors frustrating them before half-time and also creating some decent chances themselves.First Joe Hart had to react quickly to keep out Vincent Kompany's attempted clearance from Matthew Lowton's cross.
And the City keeper, under renewed scrutiny following his unconvincing performance for England against Sweden on Wednesday, came to his side's rescue again when he dived to keep out Christian Benteke's bouncing header.
City, meanwhile, were seeing far more of the ball but were unable to break down Villa's determined defence.Tevez and Yaya Toure were reduced to shooting from distance and Mancini might have been contemplating an early introduction of Edin Dzeko, who again started on the bench despite last week's heroics against Tottenham.
But there was no need for a super-sub on this occasion.City forced Brad Guzan into his first save of note just before the break, when he tipped Tevez's skidding effort round his post.
And Villa's resistance was broken from the resulting corner, with Kompany knocking the ball goalwards from Nasri's delivery and Silva darting in to fire over the line from close range for his first goal of the season.
More was to follow after half-time, but only after Holmes's decision, which Weimann continued to dispute as he was substituted and then again at the final whistle.
City's second penalty was more clear-cut, Bannan handling the ball while he was on the ground as Silva went round him in the area.
This time Tevez was given the responsibility from the spot and he sent Guzan the wrong way.
By now City were rampant and Villa's earlier organisation nowhere to be seen.
Aguero got his second when his shot took a touch off Enda Stevens and beat Guzan at his near post.
And Tevez made it 5-0 from close range after Nasri's ball reached him at the far post.

ON THE PLUS SIDE ALAN HANSON KEPT HIS FAT GOB SHUT ON SATDY NIGHT AS HE HAD VINNIE FOR "KOMPANY"  :p

City 2 Tottenham Michael Hotspurs Oliver 1

Below is a post about THE worst ref ever....actually its in most of em but today saw a new low in the Art of being a complete & utter berk!In fact ill let you watch MOTD & see how much they edit this time-was a complete penalty last time!!!

Aguero has had some issues with slipping,v Ajax for one & it happened again today...
Youll notice the Stud pattern is not what we grew up with.Interesting.

What is usually a lively game certainly lived up to its billing.Spurs took the lead early on from a set piece that joe hart could not hold.Ball in from a free kick met by the young Caulker.City were denied a certain penalty that no matter what jamie redknapp says-WAS A STONEWALL PENALTY! Havin 2 spurs players in the Sky pre/after match is a bit bad even for SLY TV..........
2nd half city started better, wave after wave was met with the usual resistance, then city went 3 at the back, releasing toure to go forward-on 66 mins his pass finds Aguero who gets inside the box & turns the defender before  calmly sidefooting home for 1-1...71 Mins Tevez gets an elbow in the face,is a little groggy so is replaced by dzeko...Hart saves well from Bale,Tottenhams counter is a potent weapon but not enough numbers get forward in time-a classic sign of Fatigue.84 mins Friedel saves brilliantly from Aguero after a back heel from Dzeko.
88 mins & It's that man again. That Bosnian Assasin. Silva finally channels his 2011 self with a gorgeous chipped ball over the Spurs defence. Dzeko's on the end of it with a faultless volley past the defeated Friedel.Again had united done this Alan hanson would need a nappy change between the 4 mins of time this game  & the 1 hour for the "Laverpuul" game he will get ..City -again-did what Hanson says champions do.Play bad, grind out a result against a team THAT BEAT UNITED AT THE SWAMP! Have a good week peoples :)

City 2 Ajax 2

I don`t know how many posts i will make complaining about officials, but last night was just disgraceful.Credit Ajax with going 2 nil up in 20 mins with 2 goals from De Jong. But the whole game was overshadowed by awful reffing,at least 2 red cards were ignored & not even a yellow was brandished for 2 scything tackles on sergio aguero.
Yaya scored a cracking goal to take us in at HT 1-2.A lovely move down the right,Nasris ball in with the outside of the boot,if that was ronaldo,it would be in every newspaper as genious!

City  substitution,Garcia for Balotelli at HT City came out & piled on the pressure,Ajax having half a dozen counters trying 20 yarders hoping for corners.74 mins Equaliser Aguero finishing brilliantly after a kick from Hart & a nod from balo (seriously wtf was this kick the ball to the left back rubbish all about?) -City pressed on .In all,2 penalties denied,1 goal dissallowed when it was PERFECTLY good & the worse one balotelli was being held with 1 hand while the other tried to remove his shirt,94th minute, the ref blew, but for what? he did not seem to know himself & the useless 88th official on the line was as useful as a chocolate tampax!....it is traditional to swap shirts AFTER the game.Totally overshadowed what was a cracking 2nd half.Just wish we had shown up for the first!

HOW THIS ^^^^ CAN BE OFFSIDE IS A MYSTERY

West Ham 0 City 0

Manchester City wallpapers & the Stiz...accept NO substitute

Ok,not the best performance, what makes me laugh is when united do this hanson & co never EVER blame the opposition,of course they cant slag united off as ,well ,its the man united show init!
West Ham claimed an early goal that looked onside with the replay.Other than that It was 1 way traffic, even the "talisman" (pmslllll) Andy Carroll, was sacrificed for the bus, which was well & truly parked. So wesst hams new formation  of 10 sat & sat & sat smore & made a usual game with goals into a borefest.Even given the chance west ham refused to attack, maintaining the line of 10 behind the ball.Im sorry but this is not football, the sooner Stoke & west ham are relegated the better.Get Blackpool back,we liked them, attack minded, great fans, good banter. All my m8s went to the east end this weekend & were left disappointed  with everything from public transport to food. The place has gone downhill & isnt the rowdy great place it was in the 70/80s...
Suffice it to say 0-0 was a borin game, ruined by west ham.City didnt start with thier chosen team,Milner injured in the warm up Barry had to be rushed in & some kid on boot duty was probably promoted to the bench. We perform when the opposition performs,we need to learn how to play like man united a bit more.As bad as that sounds.....

West ham v City & happy Birthday to 2 top blues

West Ham v City Saturday
Micah richards is only out for a month & not the feared 4 months.Happy birthday to the scorers of the 2 most important goals (after sergios) paul dikov & Kevin Horlock, whos last minute goals in the div 2 play offs set city back on the road, that culminated in the 2008 take over by the Mansour Family under the leadership Of Khaldoon Al  Mulbarak.Mansour has been a great owner, never has he stuck his nose in,never has he done the "tv" chairman thing & gone for hairbrained schemes. He is a businessman & it infuriates united fans that  Glazer is in the National Enquirer ....while Mansour & Mulbarak are in the Financial times index...No comparison really !
3 Pts tomorrow blues :)......

City 1 Swansea 0

It never fails to make me heave how pundits praise united for games like these & then slate city! shows they know jack plop!
City did EXACTLY what united have done & been doing for 19 years in the premiership.I reckon that 1 in 5 united games can be remembered for somethin worthwhile ,with city you may get 1 crap game in 5.Different ratio, cos its a different class :)

Get the Job done- Achieved
Do not conceed - Achieved
3 points -Achieved

So where do wurzel valiumidge & Braveforehead get off on slatin city week in,week out??? Yet united do exactly the same & its " the true mark of a champion team" play bad-get a result.Show me how this is ANY different from that ????
Carlos tevez scored the goal of the month for October though ot wont even make the bbc list.A crackin strike just after the hour.
Micah Richards however is a different story. No one dare say the words knee ligaments but its what we all think,Also the keeper for the swans Worm(pronounced vorm) was injured during the goal,no contact as tevez was outside the box.

OH YEH !! nearly forgot-City Broke yet another league record today,12 mins of time added on,would have made bacon face furious,we broke so many records, thats a record ! hahahaha

City v Swansea & ajax pics

We need 3 points tomorrow after the Ajax thing. The Dutch police ruined the game for hundreds, batterin a few at random for no reason & purposely delaying fans so they didnt see the start of the match. Also many couldnt get a programme,so i didnt get mine !! Hope the plod in germany are better behaved than the spanish & dutch bully boys.
Few pics from the game that i wont bore you with,we led 1 nil & lost 3-1 cos the defence couldnt sort out what they were doing.3-5-2 is not a great defencive formation, english teams thrive on the 4-4-2 with varied attack plan. The Mancini out mob can just be quiet, yes he made a mistake. Those without sin may cast the 1st stone......or police baton if you are a member of the Dutch police  !

WBA 1 City 2

Final score and result:- West Brom vs Man City 1-2 ( Long/ Dzeko*2)
I am unable to give a full report today as motd cut the city game hilights for some reason -All i can imagine here is that last night the FA rang the BBC & ORDERED THEM not to show the full edited hilights of this game. Why else would they edit a penalty ? A clear penalty that even the WBA fans saw?
I have been unfortunate to see Mark Clattenburg ref some games, but this was awful reffin. He got 1 decision right all day,the WBA goal wasnt offside so a good decision to let the goal stand.

Milner sent off on 23 mins for a good attempted tackle that didnt get the ball, but was no where near a red card, yellow+ direct free kick.City always get a man sent off when this idot or webb is in charge.Im going to download the game as motd edited the major talking point,a deliberate handball in the box by WBA for a pen to city-the ref then decided the offence was 6 yards outside the box!?
I will watch the game in full b4 completing this game report...
Long as mentioned opened the scoring after a great through ball & beat the offside trap to pass the ball into the net on 68 mins.Time for city to make a sub or two.On came aguero & dzeko & the dynamic changes, aguero is a really handy right winger,as i have told many people i was privelledged to see this guy set up Adam Johnson & citys 6th goal at Norwich last season & this guys vision & passing abilityis awesome. Is there no end to this great mans attributes?
80 mins & we are startin to think 1st defeat.Up steps dzeko with another unorthodox  back header to grab what was surely a good point...90 mins & after 2 or 3 golden chances for the Baggies, city caught them on the break,Aguero on the right wing played an inch perfect ball for Dzeko to place the ball in the right of the net & it was a peach of a strike, not spectacular but priceless. The players tried to protect edin gettin a yellow for the celebration but was too late the referee saw it.It was ONLY then that i suddenly realised,HEY!! WE PLAYED WITH 10 MEN FOR 80 % OF THIS MATCH! Imagine what we would have done to them with 11 !

West Brom vs Man City 1-0 ( Shane Long goal v Manchester City 67′)
West Brom vs Man City 1-1 ( Edin Dzeko goal v Albion 80′)
West Brom vs Man City 1-2 ( Edin Dzeko goal v Albion 90′)
WBA v MCFC 2012 attendance:- 24,891 ( Referee- Clattenburg)
West Brom starting lineup vs Man City 2012:- Foster, Ridgewell, Olsson, McAuley, Tamas, Yacob, Mulumbu, Dorrans, Morrison, Fortune, Long
Manchester City starting XI v WBA 2012:- Hart, Clichy, Lescott, Kompany, Richards, Milner, Barry, Nasri, Toure, Balotelli, Tevez

Shades of the Chumps league

The post below about the Poland v England shambles got me thinking of a similar incident that isnt really talked about in public.
For the truly hermit like, non sporting &/or turtle men from the future-im referring to the Champions league final of  two thousand & something (do i really have to google it?? ....ok -may 2008)
Chelsea & Manchester United did something not often seen. Two teams from the same country in a european final.
The stadium is selected before the group stages & THAT DECISION IS FINAL -EVEN IF IT IS RETARDED !
In this case it was....RUSSIA ?! what a fantastic idea, lets get 70 thousand english fanatical football fans to go to a racist, communist, highly suspicious of the west & frankly dangerous country.
Thier space program, hospitals & nuke power stations are all painted in that orrible green colour from the Brezhnev green paint company & of course the other colour-RUST -why is everythin in russia either coloured Brezhnev green or rusty?
Still i digress,The game was to be played at 8:00 (UK Time) at the Moscow  Stadium (now seating 70 k).The weather was awful. It rained the whole day,the locals sold umberellas as the outside bars were empty, many chose to travel on the day as the prices mysteriously went through the roof on hotels & sundry items such as prostitutes & lapdances!
The ref could not get the ball to bounce on the pitch,it just sank into the river that was flowing over it.they rolled & squeegied the water off but the rain still fell.So they delayed kick off & by about half 9 the teams surfed out for the 3rd biggest football match in the calender.
WHY WAS THE GAME SIMPLY POSTPONED-MOVED TO WEMBLEY THE FOLLOWING WEEK? the season was over,so that was the easy alternative.....
Because HUGE sums of money would be lost on the betting rings that people like Abramovich & even the Russian government invest in !including betting.there was no way that game was being called off.THE GAME WAS AWFUL -the players questioned it,the ref was clearly bullied by the russians into making the game happen. It was a dour 1-1 draw.Has to be said that 2 such great footballing teams had no choice but to play the game in the air,it was the only way the ball was going anywhere! United won on pens & they rarely brag about it as ,well its embarrassing isnt it!
Its nice that online betting now allows the postponed bets to run into the replay. So games like last night the russians wont lose any money....Isnt that heartwarming to know they wont run out of green paint!  ...

Poland erm ...England ....erm

The PURPOSE built stadia For the 2012 European Championships tonight became the laughing stock of world football. If like me you have been tortured for 10 days of no footy,a brief respite in the guise of this international game will keep the monkey of ya backs till saturday. So when ITV took to the airwaves with the news that the game was delayed Due to rain,we all assumed, roofs going on.Twenty mins = sorted.Only this was not the case. After kicking the ball around in the mother of all rainstorms.the referee announced that in 1 hr we will be able to play. There was`nt one groundsman in sight the WHOLE time itv bravely stayed on air.Not one garden fork was used,no water vacs,no rollers,no nothing. The roof we were informed could not be closed as the water on it-WAS TOO HEAVY!
It beggars belief it really does that this modern stadium doesnt have what we in the tech world call "holes" to drain said water from the roof to say a "drainage area"But hey im just going by what i see in cartoons, clearly not in the real world!
game now re-scheduled for tomorrow (wednesday 17th October)just in case turtle men from the future come across this while researching why the worlds supply of water is curiously on the roof of a so called sports stadium in poland!
