Aguero has had some issues with slipping,v Ajax for one & it happened again today...
Youll notice the Stud pattern is not what we grew up with.Interesting.
What is usually a lively game certainly lived up to its billing.Spurs took the lead early on from a set piece that joe hart could not hold.Ball in from a free kick met by the young Caulker.City were denied a certain penalty that no matter what jamie redknapp says-WAS A STONEWALL PENALTY! Havin 2 spurs players in the Sky pre/after match is a bit bad even for SLY TV..........
2nd half city started better, wave after wave was met with the usual resistance, then city went 3 at the back, releasing toure to go forward-on 66 mins his pass finds Aguero who gets inside the box & turns the defender before calmly sidefooting home for 1-1...71 Mins Tevez gets an elbow in the face,is a little groggy so is replaced by dzeko...Hart saves well from Bale,Tottenhams counter is a potent weapon but not enough numbers get forward in time-a classic sign of Fatigue.84 mins Friedel saves brilliantly from Aguero after a back heel from Dzeko.
88 mins & It's that man again. That Bosnian Assasin. Silva finally channels his 2011 self with a gorgeous chipped ball over the Spurs defence. Dzeko's on the end of it with a faultless volley past the defeated Friedel.Again had united done this Alan hanson would need a nappy change between the 4 mins of time this game & the 1 hour for the "Laverpuul" game he will get ..City -again-did what Hanson says champions do.Play bad, grind out a result against a team THAT BEAT UNITED AT THE SWAMP! Have a good week peoples :)
